Dianne Johnson

Dianne Johnson has raised over
over $25 million dollars
for faith-based, civic and social services organizations during the last 15 years. She also headed a thriving legal practice, specializing in estate and business succession planning, probate and trust litigation.
Dianne has led staff and volunteer teams as Director of Planned and Major Gifts, and served as a Gift Planning Counselor for several Foundations and not for profit organizations. Her experiences allowed her to see the pressing need for organizations to invest in their futures by building Donor relationships and endowment. She is able to work with key staff and volunteers to help secure significant funds through endowment and long term charitable gifts. Her legal experience includes personal estate planning involving charitable gifts, business succession planning, and estate and trust litigation issues, providing an excellent basis for counseling not for profits concerning planned gifts and endowments .
Dianne is a past President of the Saint Louis Planned Giving Council, a charitable planning association, and recipient of the 2009 Founder's Award. Dianne is a frequent speaker and lecturer on charitable giving, and presents programs that she developed on planned giving marketing and endowment topics throughout the region.
As an active community volunteer, Dianne has served on many organization boards, such as Member of the Probate and Trust committee for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Board of Directors for the Association of Lutheran Development Executives. Dianne graduated from Washington University in St. Louis Law School, and the University of Nebraska.
